Homes for Lease

If you own a home in our community that you wish to lease, you may add it here.

Please make sure to contact your Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager before your tenant moves in. 

The following will be required once a tenant has been found.

1. Permission from the Board of Directors
2. Resident Registration form filled out and returned to the Management Company
3. Copy of the lease provided to the Management Company.
   • Must be a standard City of Chicago lease.
   • Cannot be less then 1 year
